Shipping is FREE!

We are UK based and ship to the UK and Channel Islands.

Most orders are dispatched via a tracked service such as Royal Mail or courier (eg. Parcel Force, UPS, DPD, Yodel, Amazon Logistics).

Cancellations/Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund your goods within 30 days of receipt.

The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you.

For faulty or damaged goods a free replacement or a full refund will be given. Please contact us within 30 days.

Parcels Not Received

Please Contact Us with your order number if your order fails to arrive. We will then attempt to trace the item, and if that fails, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
